How do paid seats work?
Buy exactly the number of seats you need. Each seat grants one person access to the organization, and every paid seat includes the same product functionality.
Are any product features restricted by paid tier?
No. There are no Single, Studio, or Enterprise feature bundles. Every paid seat includes unlimited architecture items and the same complete product access.
How does annual billing work?
A paid seat costs €12 per month or €120 per year. Annual billing saves €24 per seat each year.
Can I change the number of seats later?
Yes. Subscription and seat quantities can be managed as your organization changes. Billing adjustments are handled through the subscription management flow.
Who should contact UxxU about Enterprise?
Larger organizations that want to discuss higher seat volumes or organization-specific requirements can contact us. Enterprise does not create a different class of product access; requirements and pricing are agreed directly.
What is an architecture item?
An architecture item is any element in your architecture model, including systems, actors, applications, containers, components, stores, and groups. Diagrams themselves are not counted as items.
Do you provide a Data Processing Agreement?
Yes. The UxxU Data Processing Agreement forms part of our Terms and applies automatically when CloudOps processes Personal Data for a business customer.
