What is included in the free plan?
The free plan lets you create up to 400 architecture items, including systems, containers, components, actors and relationships. You can start without a credit card.
What counts as an architecture item?
An item is an element or relationship in your architecture model, such as a system, container, component, actor, group, note or connection.
What changes when I move to a paid plan?
Paid plans remove the 400-item limit and add the seat capacity shown for the selected plan. Your existing projects and diagrams stay in the same workspace.
Can I switch or cancel plans later?
Yes. You can change or cancel your subscription from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How does annual billing work?
Annual subscriptions are charged once per year. The yearly total is shown on each plan when annual billing is selected.
Are taxes included in the displayed prices?
No. Prices exclude applicable Spanish IVA or other taxes. Stripe calculates and adds the applicable tax at checkout.
Do you offer a Data Processing Agreement?
Yes. CloudOps S.L. publishes a Data Processing Agreement covering customer data processing, subprocessors, security measures and international transfers.
Where is customer data stored?
Customer data is hosted on AWS in the US East (N. Virginia) region, us-east-1. RDS and S3 data is encrypted at rest, and international transfers use the safeguards described in our DPA.
